How to open the keyboard on the ROG Ally?
One of these shortcuts involves opening the on-screen keyboard. Usually, Windows automatically detects a text box and displays the on-screen keyboard for you. However, if it fails to appear, you can press one of the rear macro paddles while simultaneously pressing up on the D-pad, and the virtual keyboard will be brought up. Pressing this combination again will minimize the keyboard.
How to view all open apps at once?
By holding the macro button and pressing right on the D-pad, you can access a screen displaying all your currently open applications. From there, you can use the joysticks to navigate to your desired program or simply touch the screen to make your selection.
How to show the desktop?
If you want to declutter your screen and focus solely on the desktop and taskbar, you can utilize the shortcut to show the desktop. By holding the macro button and pressing left on the D-pad, all unnecessary elements will be removed, leaving only the desktop and taskbar visible.

You can either hold the macro button and press down on the D-pad, or hold the command center button on the left side of the screen for two seconds and select Task Manager.
